Bokaro steel plant is located in Bokaro District of Jharkhand in India. It was founded in the year 1964 and was incorporated as a limited company in the same year. It is built with Soviet help and is the fourth integrated public sector steel plant in India to be built so. The company was later merged with state owned SAIL – Steel Authority of India Limited.

The Steel Plant currently houses 5 blast furnaces that totally have a capacity to produce 5.8 million tonnes of liquid Steel. It is now undergoing expansion of the plant after which it is expected to cross 10 million tons

Garga Dam is located at a distance of 12 kilometres from Bokaro Steel City in Jharkhand state of India. The dam is one of the most famous engineered Marvels of the place. The dam is surrounded by a thick green forest and the perfect setting for day trips and family picnic.

Apart from supplying water to residential areas of the region and to the Bokaro steel plant the dam is popular sightseeing attraction amongst tourist and locals.

Parasnath is a mountain peak located in the eastern end of Chota Nagpur Plateau at Giridhi district of Jharkhand state in India. Parasnath range is named after Lord parshvanatha the 23rd tirthankar.

The hill is one of the most sacred the places for the Jain religion faith. The place holds sanity of 20th tirthankara of the 24th Jain Tirthankars attaining salvation and it is said that corers of other munis and Saints have also attend moksha here.
