Periyanayaki Amman Temple popularly known as town Temple. It is located in the centre of Devki Puram village in Palani. It is exactly situated in the heart of Palani district of Tamilnadu. The temple is said to be built in 14th century by the ruler of Vijayanagara Empire. It is the temple for the Goddess periyanayaki and it also has the sanctorum for Subramanya, Muttu Kumaraswam, Natarajar and Kailasanathar.

Shri periyanayaki Amman temple is found at the bottom of the hill while, Kanakagiriswara Temple is installed at the bottom of the hill. The temple is not only limited for devotees but for explorers who love, hills and greenery, sculptures and artistic collection of cravings.

Palani Hill Temple famously known as Arulmigu Dandayudhapani Swamy Temple located in Dindigul district of Palani. It is 150 kilometres away from southeast Coimbatore and northwest of Madurai, in the foothills of Palani Hills Tamil Nadu. It is the first of the six abodes of Murugan temples. It was also known as Thiruavinangudi.

The temple is associated with Lord Muruga one of the sons of Lord shiva and godess Parvathi.

The temple attract majority of devotees especially at the end of the year, where thousands of people approach to the temple wearing Mala, a practice where people dedicate themselves in praying for Lord Murugan and walk barefoot up to the hill to get his darushanam.

The falls is also famous for its picnic spot. One can enjoy a nice experience of trekking for about 2 kms on the way to waterfalls. The falls is surrounded by Thirumoorthy Hills that offers the place cool atmosphere.

The water that flows in the falls is stored in the tanks that are also called as water dam. Through the pipes the water is stored in this water dam, which are then filtered and distributed throughout the houses of Palani.

                Coimbatore International Airpor(CJB), is situated on 100 km away or Madurai Airport(IXM)  is 120 km away with good connectivity with other major Airport. Government and private busses, train or cabs are available to reach Palani.

Palani By Train:

                Coimbatore Jn railway station(CBE) 100 km away or  Dindigul Junction(DJ) 60 km away and is the best way to reach Palani via railway with good connectivity with other major state and city. After getting down at the station car, taxis, auto are available to reach desire location or hotels. Palani Railway station(PLNI) is nearest but limited connectivity with other major station.

Palani By Bus:
