Nanda Devi National Park located around the peak of Nanda Devi (7816 m) in the state of Uttarakhand in northern India.

The area is reputed as one of the most spectacular wilderness in the Himalayas, Nanda Devi National Park known as India’s second highest peak.

The entire park lies at an elevation of more than 3,500 m (11,500 ft) above mean sea level. The best to visit Park from June to September entrance fee is applicable for Indians charges Rs. 50 and for foreigners Rs. 150.

The nearest railway station to Auli is [Rishikesh Railway Station (RKSH)], which is situated around 300 Kms away. Rishikesh is well connected by railway networks with major destinations of India. From here one can reach Auli through bus or taxi.

The best way to reach Auli is to take a bus from Delhi to Rishikesh. This is an overnight journey. From Rishikesh, either you can take a private cab direct to Auli (9 hours) or a shared taxi till Joshimath (8 hours).
